How post-processing this picture from Manali after a long time brought me back to My Purpose.

I have rule for posting pictures- No Copy Pasted Captions. I always come up with atleast a sentence if not paragraphs to accompany my pictures with. So, while this picture was in process, I recounted on the novels I read.

I’m am not an avid reader but in the last one year I read books which gave me more clarity of my purpose in life- ‘The Power of your Subconscious Mind‘ by Joseph Murphy talked about how you have to have Faith in what you do and want in life because deep down in your Subconscious mind, you know the answers to all the troubling questions and all the problems comes with a solution, you just need to have an open mind and faith in yourself.

Another one is ‘The Alchemist‘ by Paulo Coelho. I started this book somewhere back in school on the recommendation of a fellow sitting next to me on the return flight from Anadaman & Nicobar Islands. But did not find it interesting enough at that point of time obviously because teenage is ought to be about Chetan Bhagat (Guilty). Fortunately enough, I decided to pick it up again. Even though predictable, the book showcased how life happens in the non-materialistic experiences you get in the journey towards your goal.

After 6 long months of retrospection, I realise how reading these two books is the Omen- to have a dream, to listen to my heart’s calling and go on that journey I’ve always been sceptical about.
